Thursday, October 26, 6:00pm–7:00pm
Rinconada Library in Palo Alto is throwing a Halloween dance party! Children and their families are invited to come in costume and dance the night away. There will be fun crafts and light refreshments.
Friday, October 27, 4pm-5:30pm
Children 7 years and under (accompanied by an adult) are invited to Trick-or-Treat in their costumes at the local businesses in downtown San Carlos (from San Carlos Avenue to Arroyo Avenue) that have a “Goblin Walk” sign displayed.
Saturday, October 28, 2:00-5:00pm
Join the city of San Mateo on Saturday, October 28 on the Pedestrian Mall (B Street between 1st and 3rd Avenue) for carnival games, activities for the kids, crafts, and trick or treat through the Downtown businesses. Costumes are welcomed and are highly encouraged!

Want to practice trick or treating with your little one before Halloween night? Wear a costume and join San Carlos Library for a special storytime with fun songs, all followed by a parade around the library.

Wear your favorite costume and join Belmont Library for a parade through the library after a special Costume Storytime. There are no tricks – just treats!
Tuesday, October 31, 11:30am–12:30pm
Join Foster City Library on Halloween day for a spooky Halloween craft, followed by a parade through the library. There will be special Trick-or-Treat stations set up with library staff to give out goodies as well as a photo booth with props and backgrounds.

Join San Carlos Library for some spooky-not-scary Halloween cartoons before heading out to trick or treat!
