The San Mateo County Department of Education invites local ECE professionals to a transformative professional development opportunity: the Young Boys of Color Community of Practice Book Study. This program will equip educators, leaders, and support teams with strategies to foster inclusive and equitable learning environments for young boys of color.
This book study is free, and materials will be provided. It is specifically designed for coaches, trainers, leaders, and administrative teams supporting young boys of color, their families, and the broader community. Participants are welcome to attend any session based on their preferred location.
