Enjoy sound healing and restorative yoga at Burlingame Library, hosted by Joseph Coffin of THE MATS Pacifica. Participants are asked to bring their own bolster, yoga mat, two blankets, and anything else they require for a comfortable experience. The event host will lead an ancient practice of crystal and alchemy singing bowls as participants lie on the floor.
This event is free to attend, but registration in advance is required, as space is limited.
