Job Description:

We are seeking caring and reliable students to join our team as Caregivers on Care Connect. In this role, you will provide support to individuals with disabilities and autism, helping them with daily activities, community engagement, and companionship. Choose from a range of opportunities—full-time, part-time, occasional, or one-time jobs—that fit your schedule.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, dressing, etc.)
• Supporting participation in community outings and activities
• Encouraging independence and social skills
• Communicating with families and reporting on progress

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Interest in supporting individuals with disabilities and autism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Professional or lived experience supporting individuals with disabilities or complex support needs required
• Must be at least 18 years old
