California’s Department of Education has created a colorful infographic for ECE providers describing the state’s Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) system.
The infographic is part of a new UPK website that is filled with information for both families and providers, including: county offices of education, districts and community organizations that operate California State PreKindergarten Programs, Head Starts, Transitional Kindergarten (TK) programs, and other community partners.
The website materials can be tailored and used with families to help them understand the choices that may be available to them, and to get information they need to check their eligibility and enroll their children.
