The city of San Mateo’s Child Care Facilities Development Fund is accepting applications for loans for capital improvements that result in new, licensed child care space within the City of San Mateo. Funding is available to both private and nonprofit providers. Loan fund amounts will range based on the specific proposal and application, and in some cases may be forgivable.
There is no application deadline, but funding will be awarded on a first-come basis, so interested providers are encouraged to apply soon.
