ECE Recruiting & Hiring Guidebook from Louisiana Department of Education

With summer coming to an end, many early learning centers are searching for new staff members to join their teams in the upcoming school year. 

To support your recruiting efforts, the Louisiana Department of Education created a comprehensive guidebook for early learning center directors as they interview, hire, and onboard new staff members. 

There are a variety of helpful templates, from sample job descriptions to interview questions and reference check guidance. Early learning directors and administrators can cut and paste, or copy, templates that are useful.
