Building a Reader is a free online course from Sesame Workshop for early childhood educators that focuses on early literacy and family engagement. The interactive online course includes strategies for encouraging literacy exploration, activity ideas, and tools for connecting with families.

Through this course, educators will learn how to engage children ages 2–5 in their journey to become proficient readers and writers.
