Free Webinar: Safe Spaces for CA Immigrant Families in Early Education

Mar 18, 2025    |   Upcoming Webinars

National immigration policies are affecting millions of families and children in California. Recent threats to the rights of children in immigrant families have put their sense of safety and well-being at risk. These challenges make it even more important that we make early childhood education centers safe and welcoming for all children.

The Children’s Partnership and The Center for Law and Social Policy (CLASP) invite California’s early care and education providers to join them for a webinar on creating safe and welcoming spaces for all children and families.

During this session, ECE providers will:

  • Deepen their understanding of safe space policies and the legal safeguards available in ECE settings.
  • Learn key components of an effective safe space policy and the steps needed to implement it.
  • Discover essential resources to support both providers and immigrant families in navigating these evolving challenges.

This event will be presented in English with live Spanish interpretation. Learn more and register for this free event via Zoom
