Sound Healing with Restorative Yoga at Burlingame Library

Enjoy an evening of stress relief and relaxation with the reflective practice of sound healing and restorative yoga at Burlingame Library.

Participants should bring their own bolster, a yoga mat, and two blankets. Joseph Coffin of THE MATS Pacifica will lead this ancient practice of crystal and alchemy singing bowls. Participants will lie on the floor to experience Tibetan singing bowls being played on their chests.
