Training Series for SMC Care Providers: Supporting DLL Children & Families

Are you a local educator passionate about supporting young dual language learners (DLLs) and their families? 

Join the San Mateo County Office of Education this fall for an engaging 1-unit online course through Cañada College. (Stipend available.) Participants will explore practical strategies to support DLL children and help them thrive in everyday learning opportunities—through a flexible, interactive format designed for busy educators.

Who Should Enroll?

This course is intended for educators working in center-based early learning programs and TK classrooms.

Scheduling

The first session will be held on September 27th.  Course participants will meet on Zoom over 5 Saturdays this Fall.
