Join San Mateo County Libraries in welcoming Lakiba Pittman, MA for a workshop on cultivating compassion at East Palo Alto Library.

Attendees will develop skills to cultivate and practice mindful self-compassion, a skill that is linked to effective leadership, enhanced communication skills and the improvement of personal self-care practices.
