It’s an opportunity for learning, not just about academics, but also important social and emotional skills, including how to make friends and connect with peers. In this brief TED Talk, Haneefah Shuaibe-Peters shares that preschool is a “significant social experience” that impacts the health and well-being of young children for the rest of their lives.
