“ABCs of Coronavirus,” COVID Children’s Book created by Atherton Siblings

The ABCs of Coronavirus is a new children’s book that is available for parents and educators to download for free.

The book was written by Sophia Nesamoney, a Stanford University student studying biology and creative writing, and her brother Sean, a sophomore at Menlo School and digital artist, after their family was hit particularly hard by the pandemic. Click here to learn more about their story.

The “ABC’s of Coronavirus,” a 29-page children’s book, explains the pandemic to young kids, taking a tour through the alphabet and brightly colored cartoons. The book begins with, “A is for ‘arm’…in order to keep you and your friends safe, make sure to stay two arm’s lengths or six feet apart.”
