The Child Development Training Consortium (CDTC) is now accepting applications for its 2024-2025 Permit Stipend Program. The program pays the child development permit application fee to the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) for eligible applicants and is available for all levels of the permit: Assistant, Associate Teacher, Teacher, Master Teacher, Site Supervisor and Program Director*
Applications are available at the CDTC website. The CDTC reimburses $49 of live scan fees to eligible first-time permit applicants. The Child Development Permit Funds Project is available to applicants statewide and is funded by California Department of Social Services.
