This workshop, hosted by the 4Cs of San Mateo County, will be a reflective space to consider current challenging behaviors in your classroom/program and explore how to respond to them.
With other providers in the field, participants will work together to consider the root causes of these behaviors and brainstorm about how to best support them. Participants will also address the barriers and limitations of current day classrooms and how to support ourselves when challenges arise.
