Mindfulness is the practice of slowing down and paying attention to the world around you. Regularly incorporating mindfulness into daily routines can help children (and grown-ups!) feel happier, healthier, and more in control. 

These free audio resources from Sesame Workshop offer specific ideas for incorporating mindfulness into everyday moments with young children. Each audio recording is only 2-3 minutes long, is available for free on YouTube, and can be enjoyed with the children in your care during various moments throughout the day, from naptime to transitions.
